There is no such thing as “usual stipulations.” What is usual to you, may not be usual to somebody else. Be sure the record is clear as to what the stipulations are, and what is being waived:
- Format? Number of lines per page?
- Certification of the transcript?
- Notifying the witness when the transcript is complete?
- Notifying parties of changes/corrections?
- Notifying parties if a non-party requests a copy?
