Changes to Santa Clara County Superior CourtMonday, July 17, 2017
In case you are not already aware, we wanted to share with you some changes that have gone into effect regarding court reporters for civil matters in Santa Clara County Superior Court. Effective July 12, 2017, some civil departments in Santa Clara County Superior Court will no longer be providing court reporters. Be sure to check with the department clerk when you have something on calendar to avoid having to scramble to find an available reporter at the last minute. When providing your own reporter, the court also requires a stipulation to be completed. Uccelli & Associates covers all court proceedings including hearings, motions and trials.
